Monique Hazeur, Producer

Monique Hazeur is a Brooklyn-based writer and filmmaker originally from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Her short film "Black Coffee and Beignets" was featured at the annual New York Women In Film & Television New Works Lab Showcase. Her co-written webseries, "She's Such a Mom", was a semi-finalist for the 2016 Sundance/YouTube New Voices Lab.

Monique has worked in various capacities on several web series and films, including Pariah, The Deported and Baby Mama Drama. A graduate of New York University, Monique attended Howard University's MFA film program, where she gained a deep appreciation for the legacy of filmmakers of the African diaspora.
